Training

 

The primary aim of our Club is to advance the practice and appreciation of photography.  Members are always willing to respond to questions raised by newcomers on any aspect of their photography but we do not include basic training courses in the use of the camera within our regular programme.  

 

Nevertheless we do facilitate occasional courses on the basic principles of photography, outside our weekly meetings.

 

These are arranged through our training officer Nigel Downer, ARPS, a retired lecturer in photography. He may be contacted directly through the Contact Us page. He will charge a modest fee for these tutorials.
